FFXI / Final Fantasy 11 GuildsThere's a lot more to FFXI than leveling up! Guilds can consume a huge amount of your spare time (if you're willing to let them), and they can be quite fun as well as very useful. The primary guilds are as follows: Fishing - Pretty straight-forward! Make sure to bring a nice rod. Blacksmith - Become a master at one of the oldest arts in the books. Great for heavy armor and weapons. Goldsmith - Goldsmiths work with jewelry, it might be more tough than it sounds! Carpenter - Make arrows, and put a nice touch on your house. Alchemy - Need potions? Definitely the right occupation for you. Cooking - Similar to alchemy (items restore HP and MP), but you can also prepare fishing bait. Leatherworking - Want light clothing? Got spare leather? You're in the right place. Boneworking - Great for making helmets, rings, and cudgels. |
